Who is MTEE?

Department:
The Maintenance Department is responsible for the technical condition of the assembly lines, among other things of turbo chargers for the automotive industry. It is in the middle of the transition from corrective to preventive maintenance. Therefore, we are looking for a Maintenance Support Coordinator who is data-driven and would like to take the Department to the next level.


The role:
The Maintenance Support Coordinator organizes and carries out the technical support for the Production Support Team. They work together with Operational Quality Coordinator, Production Support Coordinator, Project Leader Production Engineering, Production Leaders and report to the Team Leader Maintenance to improve the production lines.

What are you going to do?
  • Collect all relevant data for monitoring the KPIs and take care of the necessary actions;
  • Check daily result of your project and make sure you take the right actions;
  • Coordinate the preventive plan for the maintenance activities;
  • Check whether maintenance documentation is complete and up-to-date;
  • Discuss maintenance tasks with Maintenance, Production and third parties;
  • Prepare planned downtime and analyze (un)planned downtime for corrective action;
  • Organize root-cause analysis meetings (8D) (Ishikawa);
  • Ensure correct reporting on weekly and monthly base;

What skills and competencies can you bring?
  • Good English command (Dutch would be a plus)
  • Technical background (electrical, robotics or similar)
  • Strong knowledge of processes in production lines, servos, cameras, robots, 2D and 3D machine part drawings;
  • Expertise in data analysis and root-cause analysis;
  • Analytical thinking;
  • Proactive and a hands-on mentality;
  • 5+ years of experience in the production maintenance environment;
