Who is MTEE?
Mitsubishi Turbocharger and Engine Europe B.V. (MTEE) is a group company of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI) in Japan. The establishment in Almere has two divisions: Engine & Energy and Turbocharger. The first division engineers, markets and sells made-to-measure gas and diesel engines and generator sets for the region Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). As supplier of energy solutions, MTEE is preparing for a sustainable future and the energy transition the world faces, supported by both offices in Norway and France.

The Role:

As a Training Coordinator your responsibilities are coordinating and implementing the Training plan in the company and maintaining and updating the LMS system as a key user/ application manager. You’re the main point of contact to support the managers regarding the request of trainings.

What are you going to do?
  • Planning and administration of the onboarding and trainings courses that must be followed.
  • Contacts with internal clients, external trainers and suppliers;
  • Supporting managers and employees with training requests and handling the subsidy and
    stay informed of the subsidy regulations;
  • Key user/application manager of the LMS system, guiding/monitoring long-term training
    programs (BBL, HBO, internships, etc.);
  • Participate in external training markets at public institutions.
What skills can you bring?
  • Experience in planning and organizing/coordinating
  • Good communication at every level in Dutch and English
  • Service oriented and a good organization awareness
  • Having a great interest in working with LMS systems and how to improve and implement this within the organization.

You will be working in an incredibly fun and informal team. This independent function falls under the Lead Learning & Development, with whom you work very closely and report to. In addition, you are part of the HR team of 3 HR advisors, 2 back office employees, a payroll administrator and an absenteeism coordinator.
